Order a repeat prescription

Repeat prescriptions can be ordered through your pharmacy, or you can order using your pre-printed re-order form, and posting in the Faraday mailbox at the front door of the health centre.

Once ordered, please allow 7 days for your prescription to be prepared and ready for collection at your chosen pharmacy.
